- Loading and unloading materials efficiently and safely to support production flow.
- Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods to maintain operational momentum.
- Lifting heavy items, up to or exceeding 50 lbs, to facilitate material handling.
- Following safety instructions and paying close attention to detail to uphold quality standards and workplace safety.
- Assisting with other general tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Entry-level background or previous warehouse/production experience (preferred but not required).
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- A strong team-oriented attitude and willingness to work collaboratively.
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed, demonstrating dedication and reliability.
