Position: Stuart #75 Busser

Busser responsibilities include continuously cleaning and setting up Flanigan’s Dining Rooms, Bars, and Patios to ensure a wonderful service experience. Bussers support Servers, Bartenders, and the entire team by preparing the restaurant—clearing, cleaning, interacting, and maintaining a tidy environment.

  • Follow all company safety and sanitation policies, and complete procedural training.
  • Clean and set up tables for new guests promptly.
  • Assist guests by clearing dishes and glassware.
  • Remove trash and debris from bar and dining area floors.
  • Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, outside parking, patio, and waiting areas.
  • Ensure all high chairs and booster seats are sanitary.
  • Perform shift changes, opening/closing duties, and assigned sidework.
  • Ability to reach, bend, and stoop frequently.
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. and handle heavy loads to high shelves, coolers, and freezers.
  • Work in damp, high-temperature environments indoors and outdoors.
  • Complete and pass the Florida Responsible Vendor program and food safety certification, in compliance with state laws and company policies.
  • Speak, read, and write English proficiently.
  • Work a five-day workweek.
