As a Part-Time Assistant Manager – Level 1, you’ll support the store leadership team in providing excellent customer service, helping fans access their favorite merchandise, and supporting daily operations and sales goals.

• Provide an engaging shopping experience to encourage customer loyalty, leveraging product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Assist in managing store operations, including opening and closing the store, and stepping in for leadership support when needed.
• Handle sales transactions, promote add-on sales, and communicate sales data to management.
• Understand and support sales plans, KPIs, and merchandising strategies.
• Contribute to visual merchandising and store presentation updates.
• Maintain store organization and cleanliness, including stockroom management.
• Support team development and foster a collaborative environment.
• Perform any additional duties assigned by the Store Leader.

• At least 1 year of retail experience, with a passion for philanthropy and pop culture.
• Strong communication, time management, professionalism, and leadership skills.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and lift up to 50 pounds.

The pay range starts as listed, but final salary depends on education, location, experience, and other factors.
