We provide continuing opportunities to learn throughout your career. Bassett offers Interior Design certification training and one‑on‑one coaching to build relationships with customers and leverage our complimentary design service to increase sales.

With a commission‑based compensation plan, income is limited only by effort. In addition to commission, there are bonus opportunities. Potential income for experienced Bassett Design Consultants averages $70,000–$105,000 per year, with top writers earning up to $135,000 per year.
