• Greet and assist customers in selecting new or pre-owned vehicles tailored to their needs and budget
• Present and demonstrate Audi’s premium features and technology in a compelling way
• Provide transparent, accurate information on financing, leasing, and trade-in options
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers through consistent follow-up
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and customer satisfaction targets
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Audi vehicles, industry trends, and competitor offerings
• Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams for a seamless transaction
• Maintain a polished, professional image and deliver outstanding service throughout the sales journey
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven
• Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
• Proficient in computer systems and sales-related software
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus
