Allied Travel Careers  is working with Comp Health to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Sturgeon Bay, Wisconsin, 54235!

• Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts
• 30 patient visits per week
• Home health setting
• EMR: HCHB
• OASIS documentation experience required
• Minimum 12 months home health experience in past 3 years
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $21.23 - $50.33 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
