Assistant Marina Manager

OVERVIEW:

Ensure the highest quality and customer service standards are met in and around the marina. Act as an ambassador for the Skipper Bud’s brand. Facilitate daily operation of assigned departments.

• Monitor and drive revenues of storage, ship store, fuel sales and rentals.
• Daily and weekly reporting on each department per company requirements.
• Maintain billing and collections procedures by tracking and reporting revenues, performing physical audits, adhering to storage billing timeliness, and marketing storage for revenue growth.
• Facilitate proper maintenance of equipment, docks, fuel dispenser and any other applicable PP&E ensuring compliance with company guidelines as well as state and federal laws.
• Assist Marina Manager with the hiring and daily management of seasonal staff.
• Ensure that all staff are equipped and fully trained to deliver high standards of customer service.
• Manage boat rental administration by maintaining accurate records on the rental fleet to include rental inventory and scheduling of rentals.

• Organize and maintain record and filing systems.

• Possess the ability to respond in a professional manner to a variety of demands and projects.
