Job Summary

We’re seeking a skilled plastic Injection Molding Setup Operator to set up, operate, and monitor plastic injection molding machines. This role involves reading blueprints, installing molds, adjusting machine settings, and conducting quality inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.

Shift: 1 st , M-TH 5:55am-4:25pm, (OT usually performed on Fridays)

Location: Sturgeon Bay, WI



Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines.
  • Load materials and install molds.
  • Monitor machine performance and product quality.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve process issues.
  • Maintain accurate production records.
  • Follow safety protocols and perform routine maintenance.
Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience with injection molding equipment preferred.
  • Ability to read technical diagrams and use measurement tools.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity.
  • Basic computer and data entry skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.


Physical Requirements

  • Standing for extended periods
