Department: Marine Travelift - Warehouse
Location: Sturgeon Bay, WI

Marine Travelift in Sturgeon Bay, WI is excited to add full‑time Utility Workers to our 1st and 2nd shift teams. As a Utility Worker you will perform a range of manual labor tasks to support the shop‑floor operations, including maintaining equipment, paint prep, light mechanical assembly, and ground maintenance.

Shift Schedules

• 1st Shift: Monday‑Thursday 6:00‑3:00 AM;
  Friday 6:00‑12:00 AM (half‑day Fridays)
• 2nd Shift: Monday‑Thursday 1:30‑12:00 PM (3‑day weekend)

• Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of the shop floor, including sweeping and trash removal
• Maintain exterior areas by picking up trash, moving empty pallets with a forklift, and light snow removal
• Provide general labor support to the assembly and paint teams and help in the warehouse
• Maintain logs and records of tasks completed and report any issues that may arise
• All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned

• Be dependable with a strong work ethic
• Be able to work in extreme weather conditions
• Have the ability to operate a forklift (training provided by MTI)
• Have the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch for the entire shift
• Be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned
• Lift up to 50 pounds

• 2nd shift has a four‑day work week and shift differential pay
