Marine Travelift in Sturgeon Bay, WI is excited to be adding 1st and 2nd shift Paint Helpers to our team. As a Paint Helper, you will prep items for paint such as steel beams and other items related to large custom engineered lifting machines used in marine and industrial applications and shipped worldwide.

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday 6:00AM-3:00PM;
Friday 6:00AM-12:00PM (1/2 day Fridays)

• Tag parts with labels so the parts are painted correctly
• Brush Paint small parts and touch up spray painted parts
• Sand parts to prepare them for paint
• Forklift Operation to move parts from one location to another
• Operate the Overhead Crane when working with very heavy parts
• General Clean Up of paint area
• All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned

• Dependable with a strong work ethic
• Must be able to wear a full body garment
• Must be able to be fitted for and wear a respirator
• Must have the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch for the entire shift
• Must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted

• 2 nd shift has a four-day work week and shift differential pay
