• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

• Establish and maintain engineering best practices, standards, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage resource allocation, budgeting, and forecasting to support project and operational needs.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality assurance protocols.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in a senior engineering leadership role, with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong technical expertise and knowledge across various engineering disciplines.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Experience with budget management and resource planning.
