Location:

Sturgis, MI.

• Assist children aged 2–22 with autism and special needs in homes, schools, or centers.
• Deliver ABA play‑based therapy to build communication, socialization, and self‑help skills.
• Follow treatment plans and collect data as directed.
• Collaborate with parents, therapists, and team members.

• A genuine desire to help children and families reach goals.
• Compassion, empathy, enthusiasm, kindness, goodwill, and reliability.
• Willingness to learn about autism, learning differences, and ABA.
• High School Diploma.
• Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and personal vehicle preferred.
• Availability Monday–Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m.; primary shift 3:30 p.m.–7:30 p.m.; weekend availability a bonus.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Minimum age 18.
• Eligibility to work in the United States.
• Good physical ability to push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds; sit on floor, stoop, stand, walk, and run as needed.
• Preferred: bilingual (English/Spanish), background in psychology, education, special education, childcare, behavioral health, or related field; prior experience with children in caregiving or educational roles.
• Optional: interest in earning RBT certification.

• Full‑time employees may earn up to 15 days of paid time off after 90 days of employment.
• Part‑time employees eligible for sick leave.
