Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Sturgis location. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Assist the General Manager in managing daily operations
• Supervise and train staff
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service
• Manage inventory and ordering supplies
• Assist in scheduling and payroll
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of inventory management and ordering
• Basic computer skills
