APEX Placement & Consulting has partnered with an exciting company in Sturgis, MI looking to add a Production Operations Manager to their already amazing team. Their primary responsibility will be to support and oversee daily plant operations while driving efficiency, quality, and safety across all production areas.

- Oversee daily production and processes
- Adjust staffing, workflow, and priorities based on production needs
- Troubleshoot bottlenecks and provide real-time problem‑solving support
- Troubleshoot equipment and processes
- Train and mentor hourly employees
- Make suggestions for process improvements
- Coordinate with Maintenance on equipment uptime and PM scheduling
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience
- 2+ years of supervision experience
- Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of setting up and troubleshooting equipment
- Ability to lead and support hourly employees
- Experience with robotics a plus
- Prefer an Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree
