- Provide support and resources to the Quality team
- Collect and analyze quality data to support root cause and corrective action activities
- Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding quality issues, including containment, response, and corrective actions
- Ensure non-conforming products are properly identified, quarantined, and dispositioned
- Compile performance metrics and report departmental results
- Provide technical quality support to production and office staff
- Perform product audits to ensure compliance with customer requirements
- Participate in internal audit systems including process audits, layered audits, and product audits
- Create and maintain technical documentation such as work instructions, reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment with hands‑on Quality responsibilities
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality system requirements
- Working knowledge of:
- SPC
- Pareto Analysis
- Understanding of Control Plans, PFMEA, and Gage R&R
- Ability to read blueprints and strong knowledge of GD&T
- Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and statistical data
