The Field Activity Support Team (FAST) Team Member is responsible for traveling to stores within an assigned district to own and execute "start to finish" variable tasks such as planograms, as well as provide support for other tasks including merchandise and fixture assembly, and the maintenance of all signage. The FAST Team Member will interact with customers and Team Members, while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Communicate proactively and regularly with District FAST Supervisor on work completion, issues, and offer solutions to overcome.
• Complete planograms and resets accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain visual merchandise standards.
• Perform store specific measurements.
• Complete store layout initiatives.
• Perform accurate cycle counts.
• Complete Tractor Way top cap process.
• Hang store signage.
• Assemble merchandise, fixtures and PDQs.
• Perform detailed recovery and review planogram integrity.

• Ensure a Legendary shopping experience for customers.
• Provide peak coverage as needed (e.g., Day After Thanksgiving).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Prior retail and/or merchandising experience required.
• Farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read, write, and count accurately is essential.

• Knowledge in farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to resolve issues ethically with minimal conflict.
• Self-directed with the ability to complete assignments independently.

• Mostly indoor environment with moderate noise; outdoor work involves hard surfaces and variable weather.
• Shifts typically no less than 4 hours, may exceed 8 hours.
• Travel between store locations using personal vehicle; long periods of travel may be required.
• Adherence to safety guidelines is mandatory.

• Ability to travel as needed.
• Ability to push/pull merchandise up to 2,000 pounds with equipment.
• Ability to lift and reach merchandise overhead, and perform physical activities such as standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing.
• Ability to operate store equipment and communicate effectively.
• Handling and contact with birds/poultry may be required.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as forklifts if age-appropriate.
• Physical stamina to move throughout the store and outdoor areas quickly and safely.
