Service Parts Coordinator

• Manage and optimize the Sturgis Service Parts Warehouse, monitoring on-hand inventory and fulfillment to support all inbound Harbinger vehicles to be serviced.
• Work with the Service team to ensure parts required for service are readily available prior to customer arrival; pick, pack, and ship material orders from the Sturgis warehouse to Harbinger service providers.
• Proficient with parts order process, BOM structure, and procurement flow; receive and process service warehouse stock (pick, unload, label, store).
• Establish and maintain a Kanban system for commonly used parts in the service bay area; perform inventory controls and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment as required; facilitate removal of damaged materials and/or vendor warranty material for reimbursement or replacement.
• Maintain records of all transactions per company policies; ensure accuracy of parts/pricing used in servicing customer coaches.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to parts delivery to service technicians and maximize technician utilization.
• Lift and move materials; use computer systems for communications, orders, inventory, and shipping; requisition and store service parts/materials to maintain inventory levels.
• Count and verify materials for each order; review parts orders at service completion and return unused parts to inventory or supplier as required.
• Select carriers for domestic and international shipping; complete shipping documentation for NCR material returns; send supplier shipping confirmations and tracking information; stage completed packages in the appropriate carrier location.
• Maintain a clean work area and demonstrate urgency and entrepreneurial commitment to goals.

• 3-5 years of warehouse and distribution experience.
• Excellent communicator with strong verbal, written, interpersonal, technical, and presentation skills.
• Ability to think critically and solve problems in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment; respond confidently to tough questions.
• Strong negotiation and organizational skills; proactive follow-up and communication (DWYSSWYD).
• Ability to seek to understand, direct with conviction, and adapt to customer needs; self-motivated and task-focused.
• Versatile, flexible, and able to work with changing priorities; creative and innovative team player.
• Advanced computer skills; strong attention to detail, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret customer needs and adjust plans as necessary.
