Summary ofJob Duties
Maintain attendance records and report student deficiencies to Clinical Coordinator and/or Director of Nursing Programs. Provide regular updates on student progress. Be knowledgeable of Student Handbook policies and program requirements. Comply with school and federal policies, including FERPA. Use approved syllabus to teach courses. Work collaboratively with faculty. Evaluate student performance and provide feedback. Coordinate clinical experiences. Communicate outcomes to facilities and staff.
Collaborate with health agency personnel to maximize learning and provide instruction in clinical and lab settings.
- Associate’s degree in nursing
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred
- Active, unencumbered RN license in Arkansas
- Minimum of one (1) year of recent clinical practice
