Under direct supervision, you will set up and operate a production machine following established procedures and guidelines. Your responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints and diagrams to select, position, and secure machinery; adjusting machine settings to meet specifications accurately and in a timely manner; and performing a variety of tasks related to production.

• Basic comprehension of mechanical diagrams and ability to interpret part drawings.

• Basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, and use of measurement tools.

• Ability to remain in a stationary position on a concrete work surface.

This hourly non‑exempt role starts at $20.90
/hour. Overtime may be earned when working more than 40 hours in a week, per state law.
