Push Pull Operator

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7-4+ (often after). Successful applicants should be able to work flexible after shift hours without prior notice to complete daily load out requirements.

Operating a push pull machine while stacking and taking down packaged producton slip sheets and/or pallets, and loading carriers (trucks, boxcars). Inspects carriers (trucks,boxcars) to endure the carrier is safe, clean, and does not compromise product quality and/orsafety. Responsible for operating scan guns to maintain product traceability and inventory control. Manually stacking and wrapping packaged product, and maintaining quality product(ensure proper counts, appearance of packaged product, etc.).

Responsible for inspection(checking hoses and working condition of the equipment) of push pull on a daily basis, and maintaining records related to inspections, cleaning, and scanning of product. Also responsible forplacing seals on carriers (trucks, boxcars) once product is loaded.

• Must possess basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide)
• Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand the English language.
• Must possess basic computer skills to operate scanner.
• Must be willing and able to climb up to 3 ft.
• Must be willing and able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Must be willing and able to bend, stoop, push, pull, twist, and turn throughout the day.
• Must be willing and able to work in hot and cold temperatures for extended periods of time.
• Must be willing and able to stand or walk for periods of time.
• Must be willing and able to wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
• Must be willing and able to follow all Safety and Food Safety rules.
• Other duties as requested by supervisor.
