Under direct supervision, performs routine and repetitive assembly operations and processes. Performs basic assembly, fabrication, production, and operator tasks of a routine nature using the assigned tools and equipment. May perform simple measurement/test operations.

• Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic shop skills and equipment operation knowledge.
• Follows strict specifications.
• Basic mechanical ability.
• Able to read, write, accurately read a tape measure, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Able to move up to 50 pounds.

Compensation
:
This is an hourly non‑exempt role. The starting pay range for this role is $20.00
/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
