We are hiring motivated Shift Managers to lead our restaurant team. The Shift Manager ensures excellent quality, service, and cleanliness while overseeing crew performance.

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Supervise food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Communicate effectively with crew and the next Shift Manager to prepare for a great shift.
• Achieve shift targets and help departments meet their goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory, and profitability.
• Manage crew schedules and encourage high performance during the shift.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.

• At least one year of experience as a manager, preferably in restaurant or service background.
• Excellent references.
