Center Store Manager - Stuttgart, AR

Join Casey’s in Stuttgart, AR to lead and inspire as Center Store Manager.

As a hands‑on leader, you’ll drive operational excellence and team engagement within the center store, working closely with the Store Manager. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities include:

• Train, coach, and empower team members to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Ensure daily task lists, store walks, safety processes, and service tickets are completed on time.
• Manage inventory, complete bookwork, and conduct audits to maintain accurate counts.
• Handle invoices and vendor check‑ins to strengthen partnerships and product availability.
• Anticipate and resolve guest concerns, keeping the Store Manager informed.
• Step in to lead when other leaders are unavailable, and perform all Store Team Member duties as needed.

Compensation
Starting pay range: $14.50‑$16.65 per hour. Pay may vary based on candidate KSAs, experience, education, and local prevailing wages.
