Alpha Senior Concepts, Suamico location, is accepting applications for CAREGIVER!
Full Timenight shift available. 6PM-6AM
Caregiver qualifications include:
- Record of good attendance
- CBRF Certifications a Plus!
- CNA Training a Plus!
- Knowledge of Alzheimer's & other forms of dementia a Plus!
Caregivers are responsible to:
- Provide personal care according to the individual service plan for each resident
- Respond to resident needs in a timely manner
- Demonstrate empathy and develop a caring rapport with residents
- Promote resident dignity, independence, and choice
- Communicate clearly, professionally, and timely
- Communicate change of condition to supervisor in a timely manner
- Build positive relationships with co-workers
- Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality
- Follow policies for safety and infection control and demonstrate practices to control the spread of communicable disease
- Other duties as assigned
