• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• 18 years or older
• High school diploma or state equivalency

• Enjoys community and interacting with customers
• Strong familiarity with working on computers
• Spanish (Preferred, but not required)
• Responsibilities and Duties
• Greeting customers
• Building positive relationships
• Explaining the benefits of US Cellular and the product
• Recommending plans, devices and accessories based on the customer's needs

SOME TRAVEL REQUIRED FOR TRAINING AND MEETINGS

$19.00 - $22.00 an hour including commission, base pay is $13.00 an hour

90 Day/520 Hour Probationary evaluation with a performance-based merit increase up to $1.00
