Position: Senior Accountant with Englobe
Location: Greater Sudbury

Englobe seeks a Senior Accountant to join their dynamic team, engaging in impactful projects across various sectors. This role emphasizes collaboration and innovative solutions in finance.

As the Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accurate financial reports. Your analytical skills will help investigate variances and support internal audits while guiding team members through financial queries. You’ll also play a key role in improving processes and maintaining ERP system integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct month-end and year-end closing activities

• Analyze financial variances and provide remedies

• Assist in account reconciliations and monitoring receivables

• Support compliance during internal audits

• Optimize processes and contribute to finance projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• At least 7 years of accounting experience

• CPA designation is an asset or in progress

• Solid understanding of accounting cycles

• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
