• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes, including preparation and review of journal entries and reconciliations
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and completion of close activities
• Analyze financial results, investigate variances, and recommend corrective actions
• Perform detailed account reconciliations, analyses, and reasonability checks
• Support internal audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards
• Provide guidance and support to team members and internal stakeholders
• Monitor accounts receivable, aging, and support collection efforts to improve cash flow
• Review and resolve outstanding balances, escalations, and foreign currency transactions
• Maintain and support ERP system configurations; assist with system updates, testing, and documentation
• Identify process improvements, contribute to special projects, and act as a point of contact for finance‑related inquiries

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA designation (or in progress) is considered an asset
• Minimum 7 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of full‑cycle accounting (GL, AP, AR, payroll, and reporting)
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills with strong attention to detail
• Experience improving processes and strengthening internal controls
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office suite
• Experience in consulting, engineering, or project‑based environments is an asset

The salary range for this position is $77,771 to $102,075 CAD base per annum, based on the responsibilities of the role, internal equity, and current market benchmarks. The final offer will be determined based on a combination of factors, including the candidate's skills, experience and qualifications, their positioning within our internal compensation structure, and relevant geographic cost‑of‑living considerations, where applicable. This range represents a realistic and good‑faith estimate of the compensation we expect to offer for this role.

Compensation may also include a comprehensive benefits package, performance incentives, or bonus eligibility depending on role level and business unit. We aim to foster transparency, respect candidate time and ensure equitable compensation aligned with our company values.
