As part of a dedicated team, you will support the Finance Manager while ensuring effective transactions in Avocado.
Your role will also involve organizing third-party subsidy payments, managing customer payment data, and liaising with the front desk for facility bookings in Sudbury and North Bay.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts receivable and daily cash reconciliations
• Prepare and deposit cash receipts into the bank
• Handle third-party subsidy transactions in Avocado
• Export and save EFT and credit card batch files
• Submit funding applications for the Canada Summer Job program
Requirements:
• College diploma in Accounting or related field
• 1-2 years of accounting experience
• Familiarity with Avocado and Certify is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and excellent organizational skills
