Become an essential part of Glencore's operations as an Accounts Payable/Time and Attendance Clerk in Sudbury, Ontario. This contractor position requires expertise in processing invoices and ensuring employee payment accuracy.
With a focus on financial compliance and accuracy, this role demands a college diploma in business and three years of relevant experience. You will play a key role in managing supplier invoices and employee expense reports while upholding confidentiality and resolving outstanding discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and verify supplier invoices accurately
• Manage employee transaction requests and expense reports
• Ensure adherence to payment protocols and compliance standards
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Collaborate with internal teams for timely payments
Requirements:
• Minimum two-year business diploma needed
• Payroll Compliance Practitioner certification mandatory
• At least three years in accounts payable
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and SAP required
