Position: Compass Accounting Coordinator Role
Location: Greater Sudbury

Elevate your accounting career with Compass as an Accounting Coordinator. This full-time role involves managing accounts receivable, payroll, and supporting comprehensive financial operations.

As a critical member of the Finance Team, you'll report to the Finance Manager and coordinate accounts receivable contracts while also processing bi-weekly payroll. Your expertise will ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance, significantly impacting the workflow and efficiency of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and coordinate accounts receivable contracts

• Prepare and process bi-weekly payroll efficiently

• Review aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts

• Issue invoices and reconcile related GL accounts

• Assist in year-end audits and prepare supporting documents

Requirements:

• Diploma in business accounting or equivalent experience

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Experience with payroll and employee benefits

• Knowledge of Sage 300 is an asset

• Valid Ontario driver's license with insurable vehicle
