Accountant at Technica Mining

Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, you'll be responsible for data entry, validating financial records, and managing cash receipts. Technica Mining values accuracy, compliance, and effective communication, making this ideal for an organized individual with a keen eye for detail. Your contributions will directly impact month-end reporting and audit preparation, in addition to assisting with procurement training for site coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and validate data in accounting systems

• Post cash receipts and manage Accounts Receivable

• Review and post Accounts Payable entries

• Draft journal entries and tax remittances

• Complete internal audits and assist in month-end reporting

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration or Accounting

• 1-2 years accounting experience with Canadian standards

• Bilingual in French and English

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Strong organizational and communication skills
