Accounts Receivable Analyst

Position: Accounts Receivable Analyst at Wesco
Location: Greater Sudbury

Join Wesco as an Accounts Receivable Analyst on a fixed-term contract. You'll ensure payments are recorded accurately and effectively while working closely with senior personnel.

In this role, you will verify and post payments, update accounts, and manage reconciliations. Your responsibilities will involve using systems like Oracle and Microsoft Dynamics for processing receipts. You should have a foundational understanding of accounts receivable and possess strong analytical skills to resolve cash application issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and apply incoming receipts to accounts receivable

• Post checks, credit card, and ACH receipts accurately

• Investigate and resolve cash application discrepancies

• Reconcile funds with bank deposits efficiently

• Maintain client confidentiality and data security

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification

• 1 year experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Basic knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle preferred

• Strong oral communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
