Accounting Designated Professional Position

Location: Greater Sudbury

Join MNP's innovative Assurance & Accounting team as a Designated Professional. This role combines your accounting expertise with a focus on delivering exceptional client service in a dynamic environment.

As a Designated Professional, you will leverage your CPA designation and 2 to 4 years of experience to assist clients in financial decision-making. Your work will involve conducting audits, reviews, and managing bookkeeping engagements. You will ensure compliance with accounting standards while developing strong relationships with clients and mentoring junior staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform audits, bookkeeping, and tax engagements

• Summarize financial statuses with reports and statements

• Review financial discrepancies and document irregularities

• Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities

• Build strong working relationships with clients and peers

Requirements:

• CPA designation is a must

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience

• Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC, and IFRS

• Experience with accounting software

• Willingness to travel as necessary
