Location: Greater SudburyWe are hiring a Bilingual Receptionists for our Sudbury Corporate Office! Do you fluently speak French and English? As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for candidates, clients, and visitors. You will play a critical role in managing front-desk responsibilities, supporting administrative functions, and assisting the recruitment team with essential office coordination tasks. This position requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Greet candidates, clients, and guests with a warm and professional demeanorAnswer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emailsMaintain a clean and organized reception and common areaAssist with onboarding of new hires (e.g., online training, collecting documents from candidates etc.)Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and mailingSupport Recruiters with interview scheduling and candidate coordinationOrder and maintain office supplies and equipmentCoordinate courier and mail serviceWork hours are Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pmWhat you need:
1–3 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer serviceMust have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both official languages (French and English)Strong organizational and multitasking abilitiesAdvanced computer skills; experience with MS Office Suite and CRMAbility to adapt to changing and competing priorities on a frequent basisTeam player with ability to prioritize workload, high integrity and initiativeProfessional appearance and positive attitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh level of discretion and confidentialityLevert is a leading staffing and recruiting company, proudly celebrating 42 years in the industry!
