  • About the job:

    As the Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for candidates, clients, and visitors. You will play a critical role in managing front-desk responsibilities, supporting administrative functions, and assisting the recruitment team with essential office coordination tasks. This position requires a high level of professionalism, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Greet candidates, clients, and guests with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception and common area
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires (e.g., online training, collecting documents from candidates etc.)
  • Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, scanning, and mailing
  • Support Recruiters with interview scheduling and candidate coordination
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Coordinate courier and mail service
  • Work hours are Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • What you need:

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role, preferably in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer service
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both official languages (French and English)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Advanced computer skills; experience with MS Office Suite and CRM
  • Ability to adapt to changing and competing priorities on a frequent basis
  • Team player with ability to prioritize workload, high integrity and initiative
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
