As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, making a positive impression. You will manage the telecommunications system while ensuring effective communication of client arrivals to the team. Your skills in document management and record keeping will support the dealership's operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome customers and direct them appropriately
• Handle the dealership’s telecommunications system
• Maintain accurate document filing and record keeping
• Inform company personnel of visitor arrivals
• Present a consistent professional appearance
Requirements:
• Minimum Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High energy and positive interpersonal skills
• Conflict resolution skills to assist clients
