Position: Engineering Document Controller Role

This role is vital in supporting our engineering team and project managers. As a Document Controller, you will ensure that all technical documentation is correct and delivered on schedule. Your expertise will directly contribute to the success of engineering projects across various disciplines in a multi-faceted team setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and prepare engineering documentation for issuance

• Check document quality for compliance with internal standards

• Maintain project-related logs and tracking tools

• Communicate effectively with project teams and clients

• Support department initiatives and continuous improvement processes

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in document control or project administration

• Familiarity with document management software like Aconex and Share Point

• Diploma in relevant fields like Project Management or Business Administration

• Strong organizational and detail-oriented approach

• Adaptable with excellent communication skills
