Elevate daily operations as a Receptionist/Concierge age with residents and manage office functions while ensuring safety in a welcoming environment.
Chartwell is seeking a dedicated Receptionist/Concierge to facilitate communication and organize office tasks. This role involves maintaining departmental files, managing correspondence, and handling bank deposits. You'll also respond to inquiries from residents and their families, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain department files and routine records.
• Receive and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Greet visitors and answer telephone inquiries.
• Process daily bank transactions and accounts payable.
• Address resident concerns and escalate as necessary.
Requirements:
• Secondary school education or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a receptionist or similar role.
• Proficient in Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of office procedures and bookkeeping.
• Strong communication skills for resident interaction.
Contribute to enhancing the lives of residents through exceptional service and office management at Chartwell.
