In this position, you will manage client relationships and assist with benefit plan inquiries. You’ll perform data entry, audit records, and ensure timely completion of service requests. Your contributions will support both clients and their employees, enhancing workplace satisfaction and wellbeing across various organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong client and provider relationships
• Assist clients with benefit plan eligibility
• Perform data entry and audits as needed
• Host virtual demonstrations of HR systems
• Provide onboarding and administrative support
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education or 1 year relevant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools
• Bilingual in English and French is an asset
