Join the City of Greater Sudbury's Fleet Services as an Administration Clerk. This limited position offers essential administrative support, data management, and invoicing expertise over 80 hours bi-weekly.
Reporting to the Manager of Fleet Services, this clerk role demands adeptness in maintaining databases, processing bills, and ensuring fuel inventory management. Ideal for candidates with 2.5 to 5 years of fleet management experience, your contributions will impact the city’s operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain the fuel database with accurate inputs and updates
• Analyze fuel usage and manage reorder levels
• Prepare maintenance work orders and coordinate repairs
• Process invoices and conduct monthly audits on fuel
• Generate reports on fuel consumption and trends
Requirements:
• Community College Diploma in Business or related field
• 2.5 to 5 years of fleet management software experience
• Familiarity with fuel storage regulations
• Proficient in administrative software and systems
• Valid “G” driver’s license with a good driving record
Support Greater Sudbury's Fleet Services by using your billing, inventory management, and administrative skills.
