In this role, you will work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure all documentation meets specific standards and requirements. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will facilitate smooth project execution and adherence to timelines. This position combines both technical and administrative aspects of project documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform quality control checks on all technical documents
• Manage engineering package coordination and documentation tracking
• Update project logs and records consistently
• Attend meetings and document minutes for project tracking
• Assist in departmental improvement initiatives as needed
Requirements:
• A minimum of two years in document control or related roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management systems
• Diploma in Project Management, Business, or Office Administration
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
