As a Library Clerk, you'll work closely with the User Services Coordinator to provide frontline services. This position requires regular interaction with library users, performing circulation tasks, and facilitating resource sharing using the Omni/Alma platform. Being bilingual is essential to succeed in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute circulation duties and maintain library resource records

• Facilitate users' access to information and materials

• Process incoming and outgoing Interlibrary Loan requests

• Conduct regular shelving and inventory checks for accuracy

• Engage patrons regarding library policies and usage

Requirements:

• One to three years of library or customer service experience

• Relevant college certificate in office administration

• Proficiency in essential software tools and systems

• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities

• Availability for rotating shifts and multiple library locations
