Key Responsibilities:

• Process patient registrations and manage admissions

• Maintain and prepare patient charts efficiently

• Book tests and coordinate patient flow and appointments

• Answer enquiries and manage telephone communications

• Provide updates on unit status and patient care

Requirements:

• One year diploma in Medical Office Administration

• Six months relevant experience required

• Proficient in Medical Terminology

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills needed

• Ability to type at least 50 w.p.m.
