On-Site Logistics Administrative Assistant

Coordinate travel, accommodation, and schedules as an Administrative and Logistics Assistant working directly on site in Ontario. Use Excel and communication skills daily.

Under the project manager’s supervision, this assistant handles logistical and administrative tasks at the management team level. The position provides direct management on site while maintaining effective communication between the site and administrative office. Training support, travel coordination, and employee questions are central responsibilities.

• Schedule employee travel and accommodation arrangements
• Update schedules for site activities and personnel
• Answer workers’ travel and accommodation questions
• Support training activities for mine site access
• Communicate effectively between site and administrative office

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, primarily Excel
• Training or experience relevant to the position
• Bilingualism for an Ontario-based work site
• Availability for a 14/14 work schedule
• Willingness to work directly on site
