Fountain Tire Sudbury (Barrydowne) is looking for a skilled and Licensed Automotive Service Technician to join our team!

• Diagnose the cause of any malfunction on a customer’s vehicle
• Perform appropriate repairs with accuracy and efficiency
• Complete approved service on customer vehicles
• Test and adjust vehicle systems to manufacturer’s performance specifications
• Perform scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups
• Advise customers and associates on work performed, general vehicle condition, and future repair requirements
• Maintain mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis
• Operate company and customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner
• Support customer relationships by responding to customer inquiries

• Licensed/Red Seal status in the Automotive Service Technician trade
• 4+ years of automotive experience
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry and skills required to provide mechanical service to our customers
• A diagnostic specialist that enjoys keeping up with modern technology
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to providing a superior customer experience
• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driver’s abstract from province of residence on an annual basis
