Shape disability insurance products as a Product Manager in Toronto, Ontario, using portfolio management and cross-functional delivery skills. This hybrid role supports Manulife’s Group Benefits priorities.
Reporting to the Director, Disability Products, you will manage Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Absence Management portfolios. The work includes assessing opportunities, developing recommendations, coordinating delivery, and monitoring performance. You will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations, Underwriting, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor product performance, market needs, risks, and operational issues
- Translate priorities into roadmaps, requirements, recommendations, and implementation plans
- Manage initiatives from discovery through implementation
- Coordinate product, service, process, and experience enhancements
- Develop evidence-based assessments and business cases
- 5+ years managing cross-functional projects from scoping through execution
- University degree, preferably in business or health
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to translate complex products into compelling value propositions
- Self-motivation and ownership of project deliverables
