Define Content Management strategy at Open Text in Waterloo, using product roadmaps, enterprise software expertise, and cross-functional leadership.
As Senior Product Manager, you will evolve Content Management capabilities across Content Intelligence, Web Reports, Process Automation, and Document Control. You will work with product, engineering, architecture, cloud operations, customer-facing, and go-to-market teams. The role focuses on customer value and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Define product vision, strategy, and platform capability roadmaps
- Own business outcomes and customer value realization
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture on scalable cloud-ready solutions
- Prioritize roadmaps through market research and competitive analysis
- Drive modernization, interoperability, automation, compliance, and efficiency
- At least five years delivering enterprise software through product management
- Experience defining product strategies and multi-year roadmaps
- Knowledge of content management, automation, governance, or compliance
- Experience with SaaS, cloud-native, hybrid, or on-premises products
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in Agile environments
