General Labourers

We’re currently seeking skilled General Labourers to support our operations in Sudbury, Ontario. • Mix, pour, spread, and rake asphalt and other construction materials
• Assist equipment operators, pipelayers, and skilled trades as required
• Prepare construction sites by removing hazards and cleaning work areas
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Physical work, including lifting (up to 50 lbs), bending, crouching, climbing, crawling and reaching repeatedly throughout the workday
• Travel to various job sites across Northern Ontario, including out‑of‑town assignments with overnight stays as required
• Work evenings and weekends as needed to meet project demands
• Work in accordance with all internal, client and regulated health and safety policies, procedures and/or regulations, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Valid G‑class Driver’s License
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

• Prior experience in the construction industry
• Secondary School diploma or equivalent

• Ability to perform physically intensive and strenuous tasks
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills with supervisors, coworkers, and clients
• Ability to adapt to changing job requirements and schedules
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic

• Pay: $20 – $25 Hourly

• The pay range posted reflects base compensation only. Starting pay is based on skills, experience, and qualifications. Benefits and other incentives are offered separately.
