TESC is seeking a dedicated Lead Estimator with a minimum of 5 years in industrial construction. This role emphasizes interpreting specifications, creating detailed estimates, and guiding project teams to align on bidding strategies. Multidisciplinary experience will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble complete estimates for industrial construction projects

• Analyze scope gaps, risks, and constructability

• Solicit and assess subcontractor quotations

• Lead estimate reviews and coordinate team efforts

• Maintain and improve cost databases for best practices

Requirements:

• Degree in construction, engineering, or related field

• 5+ years estimating in industrial environments

• Ability to manage tight deadlines and work independently

• Strong analytical and coordination skills

• Experience in trade union settings considered an asset
