EBC Heavy Civil Site Superintendent

Location: Greater Sudbury

Drive impactful civil infrastructure projects as a Heavy Civil Site Superintendent r expertise in construction supervision will ensure quality and efficiency on-site.

In this significant role, you will support various project scopes including highways, tunnels, and hydroelectric undertakings. Reporting directly to the Site or General Superintendent, you will oversee team dynamics and manage field operations to guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards. Your experience will guide the coordination of inspections and maintain effective communication among all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of assigned civil construction projects

• Analyze and review construction timelines and safety procedures

• Coordinate interactions with inspection agencies and subcontractors

• Submit detailed project reports to management

• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3-5 years in a similar construction supervisory role

• Experience with earthworks and concrete structures mandatory

• Demonstrated negotiation and communication skills

• Strong time-management and organizational skills

• Proficiency in English with excellent communication
