Site Superintendent – Ground-Up ICI Projects

Location: Sudbury, Ontario

Salary: $140,000–$160,000

Our client is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead the construction of major ground-up ICI projects ranging from $50M to $100M+ in value. This is an opportunity for a strong site leader who can manage complex builds, drive schedules, coordinate trades, and ensure high standards of safety, quality, and execution from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has proven experience overseeing large-scale institutional, commercial, or industrial projects and is comfortable being the main point of leadership on site.

• Oversee daily site operations on large ground-up ICI construction projects
• Manage site logistics, trades, subcontractors, materials, and schedule
• Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to project specifications
• Lead site meetings and coordinate closely with project managers, consultants, and owners
• Identify and resolve site issues before they impact schedule or budget
• Maintain strong documentation, reporting, and communication throughout the project
• Uphold high standards for safety, quality control, and trade performance

• Proven experience as a Site Superintendent on ground-up ICI projects
• Experience with projects valued at $50M+ is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, drawings, site coordination, and safety requirements
• Ability to lead trades, solve problems quickly, and maintain project momentum
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Experience working in Northern Ontario or Sudbury is an asset
